Job Summary As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our e-commerce initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product listings on Amazon, entering and processing data accurately, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Managing Product Listings: Monitor and update Amazon product listings efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. Data Entry and Processing: Enter and maintain accurate data in various systems, including inventory levels, product descriptions, and customer information. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trending products and competitors, providing insights to enhance our marketing strategies. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and engage with colleagues and management to share ideas and feedback. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in data analysis and reporting to enhance business performance, providing insights to inform our marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven Experience: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or data entry specialist, preferably in an e-commerce or online sales environment. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and online selling processes, including product listing management and inventory control. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to identify areas for optimization within our product listings. Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for online listings. Preferred Qualifications Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
