How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing As an Airport Customer Service Agent and Ramp Handler at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time. Some of your daily tasks will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination Work Environment and Schedule As an Airport Customer Service Agent and Ramp Handler at blithequark, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. Scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts can range from early morning to overnight. You will typically work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority and the needs of the station. Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees. The starting pay for this position is $19.00 per hour, with regular pay increases occurring over a period of 10.5 years.
