Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades, ensuring that their travel needs are met with a smile. Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft , ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions. Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer. Collaborate with other team members , including flight crew and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures. Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with passengers and colleagues. Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and stressful situations, ensuring that passengers receive the highest level of service. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset are crucial for resolving issues and exceeding passenger expectations. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling passenger information and transactions are vital for maintaining the highest level of service. Flexibility to work various shifts , including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules and operational needs. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience in the airline or hospitality industry is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of airline reservation systems and procedures. Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is advantageous, with a strong emphasis on safety and security protocols.
