Experienced AI Developer Needed for Automations & CRM Integrations (Python, n8n, Make) - Contract to Hire
Hello everyone We’re looking for a highly experienced AI Developer to help us design, build, and scale real-world AI systems for businesses. This is not a theory-only role. You must have previous, real examples of AI systems you’ve built, ideally used by actual businesses. These are large, end-to-end projects, not small one-off automations. You’ll be designing and building full AI-driven systems used by real businesses. Key requirements: .Fluent / native-level English (written & spoken) – this is essential .Strong Python experience .Proven experience using automation tools such as: Make.com Zapier n8n (or similar low-code / no-code platforms) .Experience building quoting & estimating systems, or complex business automations .Strong experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) .Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, databases, and external services What you’ll be building: .AI-powered quoting and estimating systems .Large, multi-step automation projects combining AI, n8n, CRMs, APIs, and external services .Automations that connect AI tools to CRMs, email, forms, and internal systems .End-to-end AI workflows that remove manual work from businesses .Bespoke AI solutions tailored to different industries While quoting and CRM integrations will be a major focus, this role does not stop there, projects may include anything related to developing AI systems that genuinely help businesses operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
