You will be the first point of contact for clients who require assistance with their care services, and you will work closely with our nursing team to resolve queries and concerns. Your role will involve: Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls and respond to client and nurse queries in a timely and professional manner. Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours, ensuring that clients receive the support they need. Provide timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform, ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective support. Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary, ensuring that clients receive the care and support they require. Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start, ensuring that caregivers are aware of their schedules and responsibilities. Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in services, providing them with information and support to help them make informed decisions. Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date. Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Essential Qualifications Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and confident, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. 10+ years' work experience in customer service and office duties, with a proven track record of success. Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours, with a willingness to work a 3-day workweek and occasional weekend shifts. Impeccable phone and computer skills, with experience using a variety of software applications and systems. Staffing and/or health care experience, with a strong understanding of the care and support services we provide. Experience working remotely and independently, with a quiet and professional work-from-home environment. Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently from home. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: Experience working in the elderly care or health care industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing seniors and their families. Experience using a variety of software applications and systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) software and electronic health records (EHRs).
