Job Overview The Information Association within arenaflex's Direct to Consumer (DTC) business is looking for an Information Investigator to join the Pack Trial and Experimentation and Examination group. This team plays a vital role in supporting the arenaflex Pack, which includes a suite of products designed to provide an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Data Solutions, to provide high-visibility insights and recommendations that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Collaborate intimately with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack trends and drivers and develop analytical strategies to address these questions Help create a continuous insights pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have a continuous stream of Pack intelligence Perform comprehensive trend analyses, evaluating the contributions of drivers from every possible angle Define and analyze audience segments to continue driving Pack growth Collaborate with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, and/or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and clustering techniques Experience manipulating large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and using a variety of different data sources and tools Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. Proven analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into meaningful proposals Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and customer data Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the streaming media industry or other subscription-based services Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Advertising landscape Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, the successful candidate will possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and apply business principles to data analysis and recommendations Experience with data visualization and presentation tools, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
