Our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team is a vital part of our organization, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth. **About the Role** As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models to inform marketing and sales strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute data-driven insights that drive business growth. Your expertise in advanced analytics, data mining, and statistical modeling will be critical in helping us make informed decisions and drive business results. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement advanced statistical models to inform marketing and sales strategies * Transform version outcomes into insights to assist partners in understanding historical media effects and trends in media performance * Develop and provide productive, insightful analytic displays that offer consultative paths to key partners * Build diverse statistical models for arenaflex business devices and business problems * Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and to validate data **Basic Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and system knowledge methodologies including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting * Proficiency in R or Python for data mining * Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to summarize and present advanced analytics to senior leadership **Preferred Qualifications** * High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining * Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm * Knowledgeable in marketing or media blend modeling * Expert in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies * Experience with SQL and relational databases **Required Education** * Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research **Preferred Education** * Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research **Compensation and Benefits** The base pay provided will consider internal fairness and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
