Job Overview In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including data entry, mail clerk duties, and receptionist responsibilities. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and WordPerfect, will be essential in this position. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume data entry work with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and other computer applications Prepare information for data entry, ensuring that all necessary documents and materials are complete and up-to-date Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including tasks such as typing, faxing, and filing Perform routine clerical and data entry functions, including maintaining data entry requirements and following established data program techniques Review and verify data prior to entry, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching, data entry, and verification duties Establish and maintain effective working relationships with dealers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data entry and communication Train new data entry employees on our computer system and provide support as needed Perform daily audits and data entry corrections, ensuring that all errors are corrected and data is up-to-date Ensure timely data entry and file management, meeting deadlines and maintaining organized records Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, with a focus on data entry and office support Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and WordPerfect Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in an EMR system or similar electronic data entry environment Knowledge of data entry principles and practices, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
