Proactively following up on required documentation for ongoing cases, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays. Executing additional duties as needed to support case management and administrative functions, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, providing a solid foundation for further education and professional development. Strong customer service skills, enabling effective communication with clients and co-workers, and fostering a positive work environment.
