Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at arenaflex. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating and implementing various projects and initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective systems and techniques to address strategic issues, leveraging existing resources and creating innovative solutions across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to design and execute strategies that meet business objectives and drive growth. Provide guidance and support to key stakeholders on specialized topics, ensuring seamless communication and knowledge sharing. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including senior management, clients, and vendors, to achieve business goals and objectives. Share complex information and insights related to specialized topics, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Lead and manage teams responsible for daily operations, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in a related field, or High School Diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a related field. At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and budgets. Proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues, and to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Able to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Master's degree/MBA. Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.). Experience with system administration (e.g., Professionals, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.). Experience using business intelligence tools to support data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, etc.). Certified as a Salesforce administrator or developer.
