Job Overview In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with arenaflex's companies and multiple internal teams to enable vendors to increase their presence on our platform. You will utilize a wide range of negotiation skills and work across primary functional areas to drive the overall performance of seller partners. Your primary focus will be on developing our enterprise with seller partners, and you will also investigate operational factors of their business with arenaflex, conduct root cause analysis of problems and opportunities affecting the seller's business, and develop strategies to address these issues. Key Responsibilities Business Growth: Fulfillment will be measured through the overall performance of your assignment and deliverables on key metrics. You will contribute to business strategy improvement and discover the suitable key metrics that drive growth and enhance the end customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other arenaflex programs. Relationship Management: Construct and cultivate relationships with dealers to your team's portfolio in conjunction with internal stakeholders; be a trusted consultant and a business advocate. Display vendor delight survey results to investigate both positive and negative comments trends, set up improvement plans, and manage expectations with account managers as suitable. Process Excellence: Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling partners' experience working with arenaflex. Identify regions of unnecessary technique or inefficiencies and work to simplify, optimize, and scale upgrades that could benefit a massive set of customers.
