As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Job Summary** As an Account Executive at blithequark, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new Selling Partners into our Paid Services programs. You will be the primary point of contact for these organizations throughout the sales process, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed quarterly targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, qualify, and engage potential Selling Partners for blithequark's Paid Services programs * Develop a deep understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs, as well as the features and functionalities of our services * Create compelling value propositions around our Paid Services programs * Prospect and close business to achieve monthly targets for the number and quality of Selling Partners selected * Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and make decisive decisions * Use customer data to inform recommendations that enhance the effectiveness of the appointed domain * Conduct and follow up on metrics to maintain the quality and success of the vendors in your region * Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to track all relevant account data and sales progress, as well as forecast and target quarterly objectives * Prepare and present business reviews regarding progress and condition of health for the separate domain * Develop a thorough understanding of the blithequark Commercial Center external service industry, including knowledge of competing product offerings * Assist internal partners to drive change, eliminate roadblocks, and close business * Manage additional tasks while maintaining a current book of business, such as mentorship and sales analysis as needed **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including 4 years of sales experience in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries * At least 4 years of business-to-business sales experience * Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-pitching organizations * Demonstrated ability to effectively influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level * Proven success in achieving sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach * Always makes the wisest decision for the customer **Preferred Capabilities** * Ability to work with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to align * Sound business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others * Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel * Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment * Ability to focus and manage multiple tasks * Imaginative, driven, and able to effectively advocate for the customer **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $28-$35/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company * Flexible remote work arrangement * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities and training * Collaborative and supportive team environment **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
