Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate ABA/Autism Technician to join our team in the Centennial, CO area. As an ABA/Autism Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services, working collaboratively with our team, and maintaining a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans and monitor progress. Implement discrete trials, behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor. Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining professionalism in all aspects of your work. Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services. Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: High School diploma or GED. Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably in a special education or ABA context. 1-2 years of experience working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time. Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
