Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing customer service over the phone, obtaining complete and accurate information, and assisting customers in a timely manner. You will also dispatch calls to technicians and perform various administrative duties, utilizing our state-of-the-art Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs. As a key member of our team, you will proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other important information, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional customer service and support Dispatch the correct technician to each job, based on qualifications, geography, customer preference, and other relevant factors Utilize Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing delays Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other important information, keeping them informed and up-to-date Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other relevant details, ensuring seamless coordination and execution Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining high standards of data integrity and attention to detail Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment Previous dispatch experience is a plus, with familiarity with the surrounding Chicagoland area an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges Attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and cultural sensitivity Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with a positive and proactive attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work from home efficiently and effectively Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support Essential Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to pivot and adjust to changing circumstances and priorities Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement.
