As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers, answering inbound calls, and making outbound calls to resolve issues and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer calls, resolving issues and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on issues, provide updates, and offer support Utilize computer skills in a Windows-based environment to navigate customer databases and resolve issues efficiently Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic in all interactions with customers and team members Maintain punctuality and great attendance, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure in a high-call volume environment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes, skills, and qualifications: Computer skills in a Windows-based environment, with the ability to type at a minimum of 25-30 words per minute Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic in all interactions Punctuality and great attendance, with the ability to work a variety of shifts Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check Bilingual skills are a plus, with opportunities available for bilingual candidates in specific states Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm Work from Home Requirements To work from home as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements: High-speed broadband internet with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 10 Mbps (Satellite Internet is not supported) WIFI connections only Currently, we are hiring in the following states: Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Arizona (bilinguals only) Training and Shift Availability As a new hire, you will be required to complete 14 days of paid training, Monday through Friday, from 8am-4:30pm CT. After training, you will be scheduled to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, with hours of availability needed between 1pm-11pm CT.
