I’m looking for an experienced executive communication / conflict-resolution coach to help me prepare for and navigate high-stakes conversations where clarity, respect, and emotional intelligence matter. Focus areas: 1. Difficult conversations with strong emotions or power dynamics 2. Communicating honestly without escalation 3. Conflict mediation and repair 4. Executive presence under pressure 5. This is practical, real-world coaching (not motivational life coaching). Ideal Background: 1. Executive or senior-leader coaching experience 2. Conflict resolution, mediation, or negotiation expertise 3. Familiarity with frameworks such as Crucial Conversations, NVC, or IBR 4.
