This isn’t your typical assistant role — you’ll be a true partner in making sure the founder can stay focused on big-picture strategy while you handle the moving parts. From managing calendars and streamlining operations to keeping both business and personal priorities on track, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things humming. The role is fully remote, async-friendly, and perfect for someone who loves taking initiative, has great judgment, and notices the little details before anyone else does. What You’ll Do • Master the founders’ calendars and inboxes, keeping them focused on what matters most • Schedule meetings and coordinate across time zones like a pro • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks • Use tools like Superhuman, Airtable, and Zapier to create smooth, automated workflows • Book travel, send thoughtful gifts, track habits, and handle personal support tasks • Spot inefficiencies and make processes better, you’ll have real influence here! What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives. • Highly organized – You keep track of multiple priorities without letting things slip through the cracks. • Tech-savvy – Comfortable with productivity tools like Superhuman, Acuity, Airtable, and Zapier. • Strong English skills – You can write professional emails and documents without AI assistance. • Independent and proactive – You take initiative and figure out what needs to be done without constant direction. • Adaptable – You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. • Remote work experience – You’ve successfully worked in a remote role before and can stay productive without direct supervision.
