Executive Assistant, Part-Time
Job Description: • Manage and respond with kindness, compassion, and precision to donor and supporter inquiries via email and phone • Elevate urgent concerns from stakeholders and donors to PTP leadership • Complete donor research and maintain donor records as needed to resolve concerns presented by supporters • Create procedure documents and clarify processes as needed Requirements: • Able to respond to a large volume of inquiries in a short period of time (i.e. no less than 30 email or message responses within 1 hour) • Able to commit to a regular schedule of hours (ex: 1-2 hours/night) • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and data entry protocols • Experience in customer service, operations, or client support (preferred) • Familiarity with campaigns and politics (preferred) • Experience with CRM systems and/or fundraising databases (e.g., NGP VAN, EveryAction) (preferred) Benefits: Apply tot his job
