Position : Etsy Digital Downloads & SEO Expert Location : Remote Employment Type : Full-time Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and SEO-savvy Etsy Digital Downloads Manager to lead our digital storefront operations. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Etsy’s algorithm, keyword optimization, and digital product delivery. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing listings for downloadable products—such as planners, templates, and worksheets—while ensuring they are fully optimized for Etsy search visibility and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Upload and manage digital download listings on Etsy Conduct keyword research and implement Etsy SEO best practices Write compelling, search-optimized product titles, descriptions, and tags Ensure seamless file delivery and troubleshoot customer access issues Design or coordinate product visuals using Canva or Adobe tools Monitor shop analytics and adjust listings to improve traffic and conversion Stay current with Etsy algorithm updates, SEO trends, and marketplace policies Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Coordinate seasonal promotions, bundles, and product launches Qualifications Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with digital products Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO , keyword tools (e.g., eRank, Marmalead, EverBee), and listing optimization Familiarity with digital file formats (PDF, PNG, ZIP, etc.) and delivery automation Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software Excellent written communication and customer service skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Etsy analytics and sales data Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other SEO platforms Originally posted on Himalayas
