About the position Responsibilities • Serve as the subject matter expert for the cruise ships/vessels program. • Provide senior technical services within the framework of State and Federal regulations. • Investigate and respond to citizen air quality complaints. • Lead staff training and develop effective enforcement cases. • Assist with program quality improvement and contract management.
