Key Responsibilities Utilize Facebook Marketplace to advertise and sell shipping containers using our proprietary software Respond to customer inquiries via chat and provide exceptional customer service Follow up with leads and encourage them to place an order Close sales directly through chat by sending invoices from our company's system Assign leads to our closers for additional support, if needed Develop and implement a solid algorithm to generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. You should be comfortable using Facebook and have a solid understanding of how to navigate the platform. While experience in sales is not required, it's definitely a plus.
