Key Responsibilities Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency Monitor WAN links for stability and monitor routers, switches, and other network devices Provision IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN, and perform preventative health checks Monitor alerts and logs, and perform incident management and reporting Administer security and IAM, and ensure compliance with ITSL processes and tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve network performance Training and Development Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including: Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems Active Directory and PowerShell Bash and Developer Tools Wireshark and Network Appliances ServiceNow and Load Balancers Routers/Switches and Middleware Network Monitoring Systems and Network Diagnostic Commands Incident management tools and ITSL Processes & Tools This training will provide you with a solid foundation in IT and network administration, and set you up for success in your role and future career growth.
