Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and execute operational activities across North America, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in telecom operations. • Manage multiple field projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Lead the recruitment and training of new pilots, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality results. • Ensure pilots are ready for deployment by verifying site access, planning needs, and other logistical requirements. • Troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain the highest standards of quality and service. • Support pilots with their needs, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes success. • Stay up-to-date with drone capabilities, airspace regulations, and developments in the telecommunications industry. • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain and enhance our service standards. • Track project progress using daily reports, leveraging tools like spreadsheets and specialized software.
