Key Responsibilities • Engage and connect with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services. • Address customer questions and concerns, recommending options that best fit their needs. • Support cross-selling efforts to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales. • Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service during peak times. • Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers to boost brand awareness. • Stay updated on new products and services to ensure customers receive current information. • Measure and install branding materials at retail locations to support in-store promotions. • Collaborate with retail partners on promotional materials and assignments to reinforce brand visibility. • Maintain ongoing communication with retail staff and clients to ensure smooth operations and strong partnerships. • Engage daily with customers in top-tier retail locations to drive brand loyalty. • Attend team and client meetings to align on strategic goals. • Track individual and team sales goals weekly to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities. • Play a key role in local brand awareness initiatives to generate new leads and increase customer engagement. • Build and foster long-term relationships with both clients and customers.
