Job Brief and Key Responsibilities As an Entry Level Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations in real-time, providing timely and accurate responses to prospective patients, and connecting them with our practice-based professionals for in-person or virtual consultations. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, provide relevant information, and drive sales growth through effective communication and CRM tool utilization. Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients and schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time while providing timely and accurate responses Follow our lead journey process and collaborate with leadership to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals Focus on quantity and quality, responding effectively to 100% of live chats and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, provide accurate information, and qualify leads Collaborate with other practice locations as needed and participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be self-motivated, adaptable, and have a positive attitude, with the ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and keep accurate records. Must be available for training from 9am-5pm local time and available to work on a Saturday or Sunday At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce Typing speed of 60+ words per minute and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies Required for Success In addition to the essential and preferred qualifications, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies to be successful in this role.
