Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess an Associate degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in customer support. You should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in negotiation and time management is essential, with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively. You should also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment. Essential Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
