Primary Responsibilities Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, utilizing your knowledge of standard office practices and procedures. Enter required grant data accurately into our systems, meeting monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, ensuring the security of student data in compliance with FERPA. Complete regular error checks and data clean-up to ensure accurate reporting, and ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, demonstrating your ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Perform various administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, labeling items, inventorying supplies, basic word processing, organizing digital files and materials, preparing mailings, and assisting with filing. Other assignments as required, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: High School diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in standard office practices and procedures. Knowledge of MS Office Software, including Excel, and the ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with others and under pressure with frequent interruptions. Ability to learn, recall, and apply certain practices and policies, with normal cognitive abilities and attention to detail. Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this position include: Regularly talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word, with the ability to convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. Frequently sitting and/or remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time, with the ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
