Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration Lead
About the position This role leads the strategic development and execution of our Enterprise Architecture & System Integration (EASI) team for our Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana (TOLA) market. We align business strategies with technology solutions that drive speed, quality and cost efficiency. We design complex enterprise platforms and processes that solve for Business, Application, Information, Technology and Security capabilities through standardized frameworks and methodologies. Domain specialties include Complex Solution Architecture, Systems Integration Architecture, and Enterprise Architecture as a Business Discipline. The position requires collaboration with Client Outcomes leadership to adapt to market trends, oversee business development activities, manage recruitment and workforce planning, and ensure professional development, ultimately driving growth and achieving operational goals. A requirement of this role is to live within the country. Responsibilities • Leads the creation and execution of TOLA's strategy with Go-to-Market teams. • Individually leverages own expertise to contribute written or verbal thought leadership. • Partners with Customer Outcomes leadership to provide input on external market trends. • Drives EASI go-to-market offerings by directing the creation of methods and templates. • Individually provides subject matter expertise and solutioning to strategic clients. • Creates the leadership team, go-to-market motion, and accountability. • Own hiring/recruiting strategy for Sub-Capability/Discipline. • Define country level learning and development priorities. • Individually builds and maintains key client/partner relationships. • Leads the formation of the Country Discipline's AOP per company planning cycle. Requirements • Experience leading complex consulting projects, including management of financials. • Managed IT Consulting Services or Business Consulting Services. • Demonstrates forward looking strategic and critical thinking. • Proven ability to get from strategy to action through driving clear plans. • 10+ years delivery experience and relevant certifications in Capability. • Leads the creation of new offerings, accelerators or thought leadership. • Builds a team that is credible and reliable in providing solutioning leadership.
