Toole Design Group is a purpose-driven team focused on creating safer and more connected communities through sustainable multimodal transportation design. They are seeking a Civil Engineer to work on impactful roadway and active transportation projects, contributing to high-quality multimodal transportation solutions. Responsibilities Design streets that move people-not just cars Deliver high-quality multimodal transportation projects Use tools like AutoCAD or MicroStation to produce plans, drawings, and documents Help shape safer, more sustainable infrastructure in a variety of contexts from roadway reconstructions and streetscapes to signature trail projects Work on transformative projects involving complex bikeway design, urban trails, and reconstruction projects ranging from concept through final design Skills Bachelor's or master's degree in transportation or civil engineering or related Fundamentals of Engineering Certification (FE) Experience with or ability to quickly learn Computer Automated Design (AutoCAD/MicroStation) Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications Specific knowledge of roadway geometric design or streetscape design Passion for active transportation Benefits A collaborative, inclusive culture that supports your growth and advancement A flexible hybrid schedule 8 paid holidays; and at least 16 days of PTO accrual annually Competitive salary, excellent benefits, and transportation perks: Benefits and Supports Company Overview Toole Design is the nation's leading planning, engineering, and landscape architecture firm specializing in active, multimodal transportation.
