Employment Law Partner Level Attorney (Permanent, Remote)

Latitude is seeking high-caliber employment law partner level attorneys for a permanent, fully remote partner-level position with one of our boutique law firm clients. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience advising employers on the full spectrum of California federal, state, and local employment law matters, with depth in California employment issues and related state L&E litigation. Experience in the labor and employment group of a large law firm, a sophisticated employment boutique, and/or a large corporate legal department is strongly preferred. This role offers a balanced billable structure with a 1,650 base target, additional compensation at the 1,750–1,800 tier, and an 1,800-hour cap. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar; exceptional remote attorneys located anywhere in the U.S. will be considered. This is a perfect role for high-caliber California L&E attorneys. Our client, a busy California-based L&E boutique, is seeking well-rounded L&E attorneys who can step in on day one and do great work for their clients, who range from Fortune 500 companies to small and emerging businesses. The role offers true work-life balance, a focus on doing great work for sophisticated clients, and fully remote flexibility. This role does not require an existing book of portable business. Requirements For The Employment Law Attorney • 10+ years of labor and employment experience • Prior experience counseling employers on California labor and employment issues • Top academic credentials from an accredited law school • Licensed and in good standing in California • Ability to thrive in a sophisticated, collaborative, client-service-driven law firm setting • Attorneys with a portable book of business are encouraged to apply (no preexisting book of business required) • Outstanding references Position Details For The Employment Law Attorney • Type of Role: Permanent • Schedule: Full-time • Location: Remote (California license required) Compensation Pay: The salary range for this position is from $350,000 to $400,000 annually. Bonuses for hitting billable hour targets and additional discretionary incentives are available as well. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
