About the position Responsibilities • Communicate daily with program participants using personalized, scripted emails based on clinician-designed protocols. • Maintain participant engagement through ongoing, supportive messaging and follow-ups. • Utilize online systems to document interactions, manage cases, and prompt participants as needed. • Contribute to wellness outreach through social media, blogs, health fairs, and presentations. • Support onboarding and re-enrollment processes for program participants. • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress, research, and coaching strategies. • Occasionally assist with sales and customer-facing presentations. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in a health care or customer service environment OR Bachelor's degree. Nice-to-haves • Progress towards or Degree in Nutrition, Education, Social Work, Exercise Physiology or related field. • National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification within the first year.
