About the Role As an eDiscovery Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in supporting Array’s sales activities and client services delivery. You will be responsible for supporting revenue growth and client satisfaction by providing prospects, clients and client service team members with exceptional workflow consultation, customized solutions and guidance on eDiscovery technology and best practices. The eDiscovery Solutions Architect is often the first point of contact, other than the Business Development team, to interact with clients. The Solutions Architect is instrumental in setting the right expectations at the outset of each new project. The Solutions Consultant will work in tandem with the Account Manager and Client Services to transition the project from pre-sale to service delivery and remain engaged as the point-of-contact for workflow consultation and advanced technology training for our clients and internal team members. What you’ll do…. • Assist in Array’s efforts to acquire new accounts and drive growth with existing clients. • Participate in sales calls and meetings with sales executives and prospects. • Assist with creating, leading and participating in presentations and product demonstrations. • Respond to Requests for Proposals by detailing solutions offered by Array and describing technology and security protocols observed by each. • Identify customer business needs and help define solutions to address them. • Capture prospect/customer requirements and work with sales to draft sales proposals detailing how Array's solutions will address business needs and ensure a smooth transition from presales to client services. • Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations to teach clients and internal team members about the available solutions within Array’s technology stack. • Maintain expert knowledge of the Relativity product. • Maintain working knowledge of eDiscovery industry trends and competitive products. • Maintain expert knowledge of Technology Assisted Review workflows and use cases. What you’ll bring…. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in legal project management or consulting supporting clients on industry best practices related to eDiscovery workflows and applications. • Active Relativity Certified Admin (RCA). • Ability to obtain Relativity Expert certification within 18 months of employment. • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Positive, service-oriented personality. • Ability to multitask and self-manage workload. This role will pay $125,000-$145,000 base salary depending on qualifications and other determining factors. In addition to base salary there will be a discretionary quarterly bonus.
