As an Employee Experience Analyst, you will support clients by analyzing data and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and drive business results. Responsibilities Contribute to superior work product and consistent project management for assigned projects Exemplify WTW’s Core Values: Client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence Develop and write HR and benefits-related materials for client employee experience projects, contributing strong writing and editing skills Assist with design, production and presentation of materials for clients Be interested in data-driven solutions and provide actionable insights on improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal returns on talent and program investments Function as a project manager/liaison with senior EX staff and clients to ensure materials are accurate, deadlines are clear, meetings are scheduled, and communication is consistent Skills Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, or business with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing and technology (digital and social media), and proven ability to apply that knowledge to client-focused solutions A professional presence with strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present in front of clients and on camera Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little supervision Aptitude to recognize and diagnose issues and work collaboratively on a team. Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way Strong project management and analytical and interpersonal skills Technical savvy and comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and Outlook). Foxit and/or Adobe are key platforms that are also used daily.
