Job Summary As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, resolving customer issues, and coordinating utilization review efforts. You will act as a liaison between our field team and our customers, providing personalized support and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues on the first call, whenever possible Provide product and service information to customers, promoting and selling our products and services to members and partners Investigate and resolve problems, recognizing when to escalate customer issues to ensure timely and effective resolutions Make callbacks to customers as needed, following up on issues and concerns to ensure complete resolution Triage calls to appropriate departments, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner Take initiative with renewals, customer issues, and concerns, proactively providing solutions to deliver timely and effective resolutions to customers Perform all other duties as deemed appropriate to provide customer service, including managing and resolving customer complaints Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service, with a strong focus on resolving customer issues and concerns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, field teams, and other stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of incoming calls and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box to resolve customer issues and concerns Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment Knowledge of customer service practices and principles, with a strong understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer experiences Experience with utilization review efforts, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to our company's specific processes and procedures Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and platforms Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need Skills and Competencies Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, field teams, and other stakeholders Problem-solving skills: strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box to resolve customer issues and concerns Time management skills: ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including new processes and procedures, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need Technical skills: strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and platforms Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
