Job Overview As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Blended Support Team, working remotely to provide top-notch support to our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving customer complaints and concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be cross-trained to support multiple clients and will utilize our state-of-the-art technology and systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner Follow a guided process to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution Gather and verify customer information, documenting it accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Utilize multiple systems and technologies to manage customer interactions, including our CRM, email, and chat platforms Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Essential Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service High Call Volume Experience: Experience working in a high call volume environment, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple systems and technologies, including CRM, email, and chat platforms, with basic technical troubleshooting skills Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with open availability to work 24/7 Preferred Qualifications: Previous Call Center Experience: Experience working in a call center environment, with knowledge of call center software and technologies Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Basic Technical Support Experience: Experience providing basic technical support, with knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly Basic technical troubleshooting skills, with ability to resolve basic technical issues Ability to navigate multiple systems and technologies, including CRM, email, and chat platforms Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Career Growth and Development At Frontline Call Center, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
