Essential Qualifications – The Foundations of Success Academic standing: Current enrollment at CCD with a minimum GPA of 2.5; must have successfully completed College Algebra (MAT 1340) and at least one additional mathematics‐related course (e.g., Statistics, Calculus, Physics). Mathematical proficiency: Strong conceptual understanding of algebraic manipulation, functions, geometry, trigonometry, probability, and statistical reasoning.
