DOMO ETL/BI Engineer - Technical Data Pipeline (ETL)
Overview We're looking for a technically skilled DOMO developer to join a client engagement building out a comprehensive data analytics infrastructure for a logistics company. This is a hands-on role focused on data pipeline development, API integrations, and dashboard delivery—not just drag-and-drop reporting. Duration & Commitment Length: 4 months (December 2025 - March 2026) Hours: 20 hours/week Structure: 2-week sprints with planning and review sessions Start Date: December 1, 2025 What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in DOMO (Magic ETL, scripting, SQL DataFlows) Writing SQL transformations to model data for analytics consumption Consuming REST APIs to pull data from various source systems Configuring DOMO connectors and Workbench for automated data ingestion Developing executive and operational dashboards with drill-down capabilities Scripting custom solutions where out-of-the-box connectors fall short Documenting data flows and providing knowledge transfer to the client team Required Skills DOMO Platform: Proven experience with DOMO—not just dashboards, but the full data stack (connectors, Workbench, Magic ETL, SQL DataFlows, scripting tiles) SQL: Strong SQL skills for data transformation and modeling API Integration: Experience consuming REST APIs and building data pipelines from API sources Scripting: Comfortable writing scripts (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for data extraction and transformation Data Modeling: Ability to design clean, performant data models for BI consumption Nice to Have Experience with logistics, supply chain, or operations data Familiarity with other BI tools Background in data engineering or analytics engineering About the Engagement You'll be working alongside a Technical Product Manager who handles client communication and sprint coordination.
