Domestic Freight Sales Executive – Truckload, LTL, Brokerage | Remote
We’re seeking an experienced Domestic Freight Sales Executive to join a fast-growing logistics organization. This is a remote opportunity designed for a motivated individual with an active book of business and a proven ability to generate consistent freight revenue across truckload, LTL, intermodal, and brokerage services. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts across domestic freight services. • Utilize your book of business to drive immediate revenue and expand partnerships. • Coordinate with operations and carrier teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective transportation solutions. • Prepare competitive quotes and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the shipment process. • Track sales activity, maintain CRM data, and achieve or exceed monthly performance targets. What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years’ experience in domestic freight sales (FTL, LTL, Intermodal, or Brokerage). • Established customer base with consistent freight volume (book of business preferred). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work remotely. • Knowledge of U.S. carrier networks and freight pricing.
