District Contract Acquisition Specialist (Independent Contractor – Commission Only)

Independent Contractor 1099 – Commission-Based Building Block Resolutions (BBR) California (Flexible) Building Block Resolutions is expanding its partnerships with public school districts across Los Angeles and Orange County. We are seeking a professional with strong relationships in K–12 education to lead district outreach and master contract acquisition for our BII/BID services. This role is suited for someone who understands how districts operate and knows how to get in front of decision-makers. • Role Responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with Special Education Directors, SELPA leaders, Program Specialists, and other district decision-makers • Identify district needs related to behavioral support services • Introduce BBR’s capabilities and facilitate the approval process • Navigate district procurement, vendor applications, and partnership pathways • Track timelines, opportunities, and contract cycles • Serve as a professional point of contact during contract development This is a results-driven partnership role — not clinical, not hourly, and not operational staff work. • Who Excels in This Position Ideal candidates typically have experience such as: • District administrator or program specialist • SELPA personnel • Special education leadership • Education partnerships or government relations • Behavioral or mental health agency liaison • Public-sector relationship development You should be confident, well-connected, and skilled at navigating district systems. • Compensation Structure This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential: • $5,000 for each master contract awarded • $300 per student placed No hourly billing, no salary — compensation is based on outcomes. • About Building Block Resolutions BBR is a well-established ABA therapy provider with over a decade of service in: • BII & BID support • In-home, community, and center-based ABA • CYBHI-funded expansion • Strong clinical and scheduling infrastructure • Partnerships with multiple public agencies We are growing strategically and seeking the right person to expand our district footprint. • To Apply Please provide: • Your resume • A Cover Letter with a brief overview of your experience with California school districts • Districts or regions where you already have strong relationships • Confirmation that you are comfortable with a commission-based structure Apply tot his job
