Director – Strategic Initiatives
Job Description: • Support, manage and drive strategic projects and vendor initiatives • Support senior management in executing business strategies • Direct the strategic planning process and establish key processes • Monitor and manage key deliverables of the strategic plan • Build strong cross-functional relationships to implement business strategies • Provide project management for implementation of key initiatives • Collaborate with business leaders to drive completion of tactical and strategic initiatives • Advise on strategic and tactical decisions • Provide support for financial, sales and operation reporting and analysis • Lead change and execute business objectives Requirements: • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field • 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing new business strategies • 5+ years of experience working in a managed care environment • Strong financial and analytical background Benefits: • competitive pay • health insurance • 401K and stock purchase plans • tuition reimbursement • paid time off plus holidays • flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules Apply tot his job
