As a Director of Operations Process, you'll join a dynamic community of leaders who are shaping the future of retail. **Key Responsibilities** As a Director of Operations Process, you'll be responsible for: * Partnering with cross-functional teams across arenaflex to ensure operational areas are considered in project plans, driving seamless collaboration and alignment. * Coordinating the responsibilities of Operations Managers and Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. * Collaborating with the Operations Strategy Team to develop, staff, pilot, and implement process improvements within our stores, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Overseeing the overall project workflow and roll-out schedule in regard to operational area, ensuring timely and effective implementation. * Measuring the impact of changes and new projects on operational area, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous process refinement. * Staying up-to-date on operational area of expertise to meet requests for improvement and practice continuous process improvement. * Partnering with Field Implementation Managers to establish project metrics and tollgates in relation to operational expertise, ensuring successful project outcomes. * Utilizing expertise in strategic thinking and process design to drive successful improvements in operational area, working toward quick implementation and quick return on investment. * Evaluating needs of multiple project requests and impact on operational area, aggregating data gathered by Operations Analysts, and ensuring needs of projects are met. * Selecting, developing, and motivating assigned staff, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. **Direct Manager/Direct Reports** As a Director of Operations Process, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of 5 professionals and 14 support associates, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive individual and team success. **Travel Requirements** As a remote Director of Operations Process, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional overnight travel required (less than 10% of the time). **Physical Requirements** This role requires a comfortable working environment, with frequent opportunities to move about and occasional need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** You'll work in a dynamic environment with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from dust, fumes, or odors.
