Key Responsibilities Business Development: Leverage your executive-level connections to build and nurture partnerships with home health care agencies and facilities, promoting our mobile wound care services and driving business growth. Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house physician and mobile wound care team to deliver comprehensive wound care solutions to patients in their homes or in facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing care networks. Sales & Strategy: Utilize your industry expertise and network to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and drive sales growth by integrating mobile wound care into home health care networks. Leadership: Spearhead the growth and development of our Home Health Care and Wound Care Division, transitioning from part-time to full-time as demand increases, and ensuring the division's success and expansion. Compliance: Ensure that all services comply with Medicare and healthcare regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care and operational integrity. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should have: Executive-level relationships within the home health care and mobile care sectors, particularly in the Long Island, NY area (while preferred, this is not mandatory for candidates with strong industry experience). A proven track record in business development or leadership within home health care, mobile care, or wound care, demonstrating your ability to drive growth and innovation.
