Director of First Impressions (Inside Sales Appointment Setter) — Remote (EST)
The Director of First Impressions is the first live contact for inbound seller leads and the owner of ongoing lead follow-up. This part-time role converts lead flow into qualified opportunities, kept appointments, and closed deals through speed-to-lead, trust-building conversations, disciplined follow-up, and clean CRM execution. Lead Sources Handled You will handle and convert leads from: • PPC / web forms • Inbound calls • Direct mail callbacks • TV/radio (if applicable) • Referrals • Other paid lead sources (as assigned) Weekly Schedule + Calling Blocks (20–30 hrs/week) This role runs inside protected outbound calling blocks, plus inbound coverage and follow-up execution. Primary calling blocks (target coverage): • 8:00–10:00 AM EST • 1:00–3:00 PM EST • 5:00–6:00 PM EST Coverage may rotate based on volume and team needs, but availability must align with EST business hours. Key Responsibilities • Respond to new inbound leads immediately and attempt live connection • Answer inbound calls live whenever possible • Run a structured sales conversation (framework-based, not scripted) • Set appointments and drive urgency for same-day/next-day when possible • Confirm appointments (48 hours / 24 hours / 2 hours prior) • Prevent no-shows and recover missed appointments through aggressive rescheduling • Own follow-up from start to finish, including: • creating next steps for every lead • scheduling follow-up tasks inside REsimpli • consistently reworking older leads (30/60/90/180+ days) • using personalized outreach based on seller situation and timing • Maintain accurate pipeline stages, notes, and required fields in REsimpli • Correct bad contact data using TruePeopleSearch when needed • Provide clean handoffs and context to acquisitions to improve contract conversion Pipeline Ownership (REsimpli Stages) You own accurate movement and management of every record: New → No Answer → Working → Follow-Up → Unqualified → Qualified → Converted Success Metrics • Speed-to-lead response time • Contact rate • Appointment set rate • Appointment show rate • No-show rate • Follow-up completion rate (scheduled vs completed) • Pipeline hygiene (stage accuracy + complete notes/fields) Requirements • Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly • Comfortable with high call volume, rejection, and repetition • Organized, coachable, and metric-driven • Excellent follow-through and CRM discipline • Quiet remote workspace, reliable internet, computer + headset • Availability during EST business hours (20–30 hrs/week) Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
