Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Director-Compliance: Audit & Regulatory Engagement to join our GRC team and lead our Compliance Risk Management Governance function. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing, overseeing, and strengthening our Compliance Risk Management framework to ensure that governance structures, policies, and procedures are robust, effective, and align with regulatory requirements and best practices. About the Role The Director, Audit & Regulatory Engagement will be responsible for leading the day-to-day internal and external exam management process, working across enterprise functions to track resolution of requests and ensure that significant risks and issues are appropriately escalated in a timely manner. You'll partner with Compliance teams to advise on responses to exam inquiries, streamline and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Compliance exam management processes, and review and enforce compliance with enterprise policies. Key Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day internal and external exam management process, working across enterprise functions Track resolution of requests and ensure that significant risks and issues are appropriately escalated in a timely manner Partner with Compliance teams to advise on responses to exam inquiries Streamline and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Compliance exam management processes Review and enforce compliance with enterprise policies Lead Compliance exam and findings communications with committees (e.g., Compliance Risk Management Committee) and share insights and lessons learned across forums (e.g., community of practice) Be a thought leader and share insights, best practices, etc. across the enterprise Recruit and lead an international team of high-performing risk management professionals Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 6+ years of experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function) Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and obtain buy-in from senior BU/tech counterparts Expertise in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively Experience supporting risk exam management processes preferred What We Offer We're committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including: A salary range of $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually Bonus incentives 6% Company Match on retirement savings plan Free financial coaching and financial well-being support Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite, or virtual arrangements depending on role and business need 20+ weeks paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender, offered for pregnancy, adoption, or surrogacy Free access to global on-site wellness centers staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) Free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program Career development and training opportunities Our Culture We're proud of our inclusive and diverse culture, where everyone is seen, heard, and feels like they belong.
