About the Role A growing Christian nonprofit is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Direct Mail & Print Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute our recurring print-mail communications. This is a remote, part-time position ideal for someone who values flexible work hours, meaningful mission-driven projects, and the opportunity to take full ownership of a well-established print pipeline. You will manage the full lifecycle of our print-mail appeals, monthly donor letters, thank-you letters, and occasional acquisition mailings. This role is perfect for someone with proven experience in direct mail marketing, excellent organizational habits, and a strong ability to work independently while meeting firm deadlines. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Is a Christian and passionate about supporting faith-based nonprofit work Has professional experience in direct mail, print marketing, donor communications, or print fundraising Thrives in a remote environment and appreciates a flexible schedule Is dependable, highly organized, and able to manage projects without micromanagement Understands how to run a direct-mail cycle from start to finish (appeals, BRM, donor letters, testimonial coordination, etc.) Can work collaboratively with a small team (designer + project lead) Communicates clearly and proactively Delivers work on time, every time Key Responsibilities Manage monthly direct-mail appeals from concept to final printer handoff Prepare donor thank-you letters and acknowledgment pieces Proof, edit, and polish written materials for clarity and accuracy Coordinate address files, reply devices, BRMs, and print-ready components Collaborate with our designer to ensure packages align with our brand voice and style Review print proofs, track revisions, and finalize files Maintain organized templates and mailing lists for future campaigns Provide weekly progress check-ins and meet all deadlines Qualifications Required: Demonstrated experience in direct-mail production or nonprofit print fundraising Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience working with printers, letter shops, or mail houses Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or similar tools is preferred Excellent written communication and proofreading skills Ability to self-manage and meet multiple deadlines Comfortable creating content within a Christian, faith-centered context Hours & Compensation 20 hours per week Fully remote Flexible scheduling (work whenever you want as long as deadlines are met) Starting rate: $18/hr Higher rates available for candidates with significant direct-mail or fundraising experience (If you are highly experienced, please include your preferred rate.) Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory) Please submit 3–5 samples of previous direct-mail or print-fundraising work you have produced or managed, such as: Appeal letters Thank-you letters Donor acquisition mailings BRM/reply slips Multi-piece fundraising packages Before–after revisions you’ve completed Applications without samples will not be considered.
