Digital Operations / Admin Coordinator
Our client is a prominent Australian business known for its mission-driven approach. The brand combines digital content, education, and community engagement to create a meaningful impact. They are looking for a Digital Operations & Admin Coordinator to support executive-level initiatives, online platforms, and digital project execution. Job Responsibilities: Admin & Calendar Support • Schedule Zoom meetings and follow up with guests for events or podcasts • Assist with customer service queries and inbox tasks as assigned • Maintain task workflows and SOP tracking inside Monday.com Website & Content Updates • Update WordPress website content (banners, blogs, masterclasses, replays) • Create and publish blog posts for podcast episodes • Coordinate membership content transitions between live and evergreen offerings Social Media & Community • Post weekly podcast content to LinkedIn • Update Instagram “close friends” and membership lists monthly • Publish short clips/snippets to TikTok using content provided • Support with potential lead generation tools like Manychat Reporting & Membership • Track cancellations and reasons in membership reporting • Enter monthly sales and engagement stats • Support light CRM usage (Keap/ThriveCart) and community management • Strong written and verbal communication in English • 2–3+ years in a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant role • Experience supporting senior executives remotely • Prior experience supporting a CEO, founder, or digital coach • Strong background in admin and digital operations • WordPress experience – comfortable editing content and following SOPs • Familiar with Monday.com or similar project management tools • Exposure to content creation, email marketing, or membership platforms • Detail-oriented and organised – able to juggle multiple priorities • Strong English communication skills – verbal and written • Comfortable working independently in a remote, creative environment • Passionate about health, wellness, or women’s empowerment is a plus • Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel • Permanent work-from-home set-up • Dayshift (Australian business hours) • Full Time • HMO • Annual leave • Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 month's wage (pro-rata) Original job Digital Operations / Admin Coordinator posted on GrabJobs ©.
