Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO & Paid Media

We are seeking a passionate, multi-talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help drive measurable results for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, someone equally comfortable digging into the details as they are stepping back to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities. Salary: $28 - $33/hr depeneding on experience. Key Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing. • Manage SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies. • Use tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to measure performance, generate insights, and refine campaigns. • Create and manage blogging and content marketing strategies that support client goals. • Proactively identify new trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing and bring fresh ideas to the team. • Collaborate with internal and external partners, delegating tasks where appropriate and communicating requirements clearly. • Report on progress and results with transparency, always with the client’s success in mind.
