Digital Advertising Specialist (Real Estate + Mortgage Joint Campaign)
We are a boutique real estate brokerage in Portland, Oregon, partnering with a local mortgage lender to launch a joint digital advertising campaign. We’re seeking an experienced digital advertising specialist to manage, optimize, and report on ongoing paid campaigns designed to generate high-quality buyer and seller leads. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of real estate advertising and is familiar with compliance requirements when running joint marketing campaigns with lending partners (RESPA rules). Scope of Work Manage and optimize paid digital ad campaigns across Google Ads and possibly move in to Meta Ads Work with varying monthly ad budgets and continuously optimize for ROI and lead quality Develop and refine campaign strategies, including audience targeting, keyword optimization, and budget allocation Monitor and report on performance metrics such as leads, cost per lead, and engagement Provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements Participate in monthly planning and performance review meetings Ensure all joint ads comply with RESPA and other relevant advertising regulations Requirements Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns in real estate or other lead-generation-focused industries Familiarity with the Portland metro real estate market preferred but not required Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Excellent communication, organization, and proactive reporting habits Understanding of (or willingness to learn) RESPA compliance in co-marketing campaigns Bonus Skills Experience with CRM or lead routing systems (we use Follow Up Boss) A/B testing experience and data analysis proficiency Ability to collaborate with creative teams or partners on ad assets and copy Engagement Details Short-term contract to start, with opportunity to expand if the partnership performs successfully Flexible monthly ad budget, with potential for scaling based on ROI.
