Demand Generation Manager, North America (B2B SaaS/ABM)
About the position We're undergoing a transformative journey at OFX, refocusing our digital marketing and website to better cater to B2B needs. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our regional marketing and commercial teams as well as our Digital Center of Excellence. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on B2B Marketer to lead OFX's growth efforts in North America. You'll work across the full marketing motion: lead generation, funnel optimization, campaign execution, and content strategy. As a specialist in B2B growth, you'll drive the strategies that convert users and prospects to business customers, rigorously test them, and scale what works. You'll focus on optimizing our conversion funnels across all entry points and bring a global perspective to match our global business. You'll play a vital role at the intersection of GTM, Product, Design, Data, Commercial and Marketing. You'll work across teams, tools, and tactics to build high-performing campaigns that drive pipeline. From writing landing page copy and running paid campaigns, to briefing freelancers and analyzing conversion data—this is a full-stack role for someone who can think and do. Responsibilities • Direct the strategic plan to create new business pipeline with an ABM approach that centers on our top ICP and industry focus areas. • Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, content syndication, and web personalisation. • Design ABM-focused email workflows using marketing automation tools, segmenting lists to engage key stakeholders effectively. • Build and execute a cohesive demand generation and campaign messaging strategy. • Develop and refine frameworks to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to measure effectiveness and optimize results. • Support the marketing tool stack by evaluating and implementing marketing tools and platforms. • Collaborate closely with sales, content, and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives. • Develop and implement targeted account segmentation and personalisation strategies. • Implement the first-party data strategy by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. • Advocate for tracking discipline across all marketing campaigns. • Maintain adherence to ad fraud protection software across all digital platforms. • Refine and enhance automation of 'cloud to marketing' integrations. • Manage the ABM marketing budget in alignment with the overall strategy. • Utilise operational and analytical data to report and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. • Work collaboratively with marketing team members across various functions. • Collaborate with content and creative marketing teams to develop best practice creative formats. • Collaborate closely with the digital and website team for optimal performance in paid search marketing. • Collaborate with internal digital teams and external agency partners to ensure alignment in strategy. Requirements • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS with a strong focus on ABM or demand generation. • Experience in fintech, financial products, financial services, or SaaS is highly preferred. • Strong lead generation and funnel optimization experience. • Deep analytical capabilities—comfortable owning pipeline metrics and making data-informed decisions. • Experience in B2B digital marketing, including developing and executing strategies to drive business growth. • Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement platforms. • Extensive proficiency with Google Marketing Platform Suite and associated platforms. • Experience with Salesforce to manage campaign execution and track performance. • Experience in technical analytics tools like GA4. • Experience in creating comprehensive marketing dashboards using Google Looker or similar platforms. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside agencies. • Possess a proactive and results-driven mindset. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced environments. • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks based on business value. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery and SQL.
