Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, professionally, and efficiently, while also promoting our brand values and products. If you are a customer-centric individual with a strong passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** • Serve as a brand ambassador, handling incoming and follow-up customer enquiries via phone, web form, or web chat, and providing a seamless customer experience. • Follow established procedures to address customer needs promptly and professionally, ensuring that all interactions are respectful, empathetic, and solution-focused. • Process warranty claims and coordinate repair services for customers, providing clear communication and updates throughout the process. • Provide technical troubleshooting support and guidance to customers, using your expertise to resolve complex issues and prevent future problems. • Resolve complaints, process orders, arrange refunds, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Assist customers with all aspects of the purchasing process, including addressing questions, resolving incidents, and managing queries. • Strive to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient and effective resolution of requests, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions. **Our Requirements** • C1/C2-level proficiency in Hungarian language, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and comprehension skills. • B2 English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global work environment. • Proven experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within consumer products, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms, including CRM, WebChat, Review Sites, and Microsoft Office. • Ability to empathize with customers while maintaining an objective perspective, using your emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations. • Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle queries quickly and efficiently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to support colleagues, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals and objectives. **Optional Qualifications** • High school graduate or similar, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. • Previous experience in customer service with or in a Contact Centre, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Experience in complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions. • Familiarity with Social Media and/or E-Commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of online customer service principles and practices. • Experience in cross-selling or up-selling product, using your product knowledge and sales skills to promote our brand values and products. • Interested in new technologies such as AI, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to emerging trends and innovations. **What We Offer** • Work in a modern office at Global Office Park, right in the heart of Katowice, with a dynamic and supportive team environment. • Benefits package: private medical care (LuxMed), MyBenefit cafeteria, life insurance, language training, and a range of other perks and benefits. • Attractive bonus for recommending your friends to work with us, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. • Friendly, international work environment, with a diverse team of professionals from around the world. • Many opportunities for career development, with a strong focus on training, mentorship, and growth. **Location** Our office is located at Global Office Park, Building A2, Floors 10-13, in the heart of Katowice.
